FLOOR & ROOF PANELS
Floor & Roof Panels can be supplied as either open or closed cassettes with lengths up to 12m.
ViRIDI’s floor cassette systems can be designed and prefabricated to accommodate domestic housing (subfloor and suspended), multi-level residential and commercial applications inclusive of pre-finished floor sheeting, pre-installed insulation, soffit linings, and roof asking and battens ready for onsite installation.

- Can also be adopted in Multi-Level Residential & Commercial applications
- I-Joist, Posi-Strut & LVL Joist options at varies centres with different floor sheeting options

- Acoustic Performance in accordance with NCC, BCA & AAAC
Mass Timber & Hybrid
- Domestic, Multi-Level Residential & Commercial applications
- CLT, Glulam & LVL hybrid floor cassettes utilising varies top and/or bottom plates and joist combinations
- Longer spanning floor solutions under larger loads within inherent fire and acoustic performance
- Fire Rating Performance from 0min to 120min
- Acoustic Performance in accordance with NCC, BCA & AAAC
Timber Concrete Composites
- Domestic, Multi-Level Residential & Commercial applications
- Mass Timber, Steel Metal Decking & Reinforced Concrete composite floor system
- Spans of up to 9m are achievable under both residential and commercial loading
- No propping required during construction
- Lower embodied carbon than conventional floor structures
- Robust structural performance
- Aesthetics of timber to the soffit below
- High levels of fire and acoustic performance
- Deemed-to-satisfy (DtS) fire performance without the need for additional fire protection
